This page outlines how all services, pricing, deposits, and usage rights are structured at Divine Designs Creates.

All clients are required to review and agree to these terms before booking.

PRICING STRUCTURE

All projects are structured based on three factors:

  • time required

  • creative complexity

  • intended usage

Base pricing reflects production time and execution only.

Final pricing may include additional licensing depending on usage requirements.

Deposit Policy (Important)

A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.

The deposit:

* secures your session date

* applies toward your total balance

* confirms your booking

IMPORTANT:

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including:

* cancellations

* rescheduling outside allowed window

* no-shows

* change of mind

⚖️ UNDERSTANDING OUR LICENSING & USAGE TIERS

At Divine Designs Creates, all content is licensed, not sold. When you book a session, your project quote is made up of two parts: Production (the time, creative direction, and editing) and Usage Rights (how you are legally allowed to use the final media).

To keep our pricing fair, you only pay for the level of usage you actually need. Your project will fall into one of the following usage tiers:

Tier A — Promotional License (Collaborations & TFP)

  • What it is: Applied when services are complimentary or highly discounted (such as collaborative model test shoots).

  • How you can use it: You receive personal-use rights for your portfolio, while the studio retains full commercial rights to monetize, market, and advertise using the content.

Tier B — Standard License (Personal Use & Branding)

  • What it is: This is the standard license included in our base pricing for Headshots, Standard Sessions, Agency Digitals, and personal Event Coverage (like Mitzvahs and Micro-Events).

  • How you can use it: You receive a non-exclusive license for personal branding, LinkedIn, personal websites, social media profiles, and resumes. (Note: You cannot use these images for paid business advertising or third-party commercial publications without an upgrade.)

Tier C — Commercial License (Or Private Add-on)

  • What it is: Required for Corporate Headshots, Editorial & Catalog Modeling, and Corporate Event Photography.

  • How you can use it: This tier allows for standard business marketing, company websites, public relations, and product sales.

  • Privacy Option: If you are a personal client who requires a strictly private shoot where the studio agrees not to publicly display or publish your content, an additional Privacy Fee applies, and it falls under Tier C.

Tier D — Exclusive / Advertising Buyout

  • What it is: Intended for major advertising campaigns, enterprise brands, or high-profile clients requiring full confidentiality.

  • How you can use it: A significant premium fee applies, and the studio relinquishes all promotional and portfolio usage rights, granting you a full, exclusive buyout of the content.

🛑 COMMERCIAL USAGE NOTICE

If the content we create for you will be used for business marketing, paid digital advertising, product sales, or brand campaigns, a Commercial License (Tier C or Tier D) is strictly required.

Deliverables

All packages include professionally edited final images or video.

IMPORTANT:

* RAW files are not included unless purchased separately

* Unedited files are not delivered

* Final selection is made by the Company

* Editing style remains consistent with brand standard

DELIVERY POLICY

Standard delivery time is 2–4 weeks after shoot completion and full payment.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on workload or project complexity.

No files are released until all balances are paid in full.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling is allowed with reasonable notice and subject to availability.

Failure to provide notice or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit.

Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

OWNERSHIP & USAGE

All media created remains the intellectual property of Or Emet Productions LLC.

Clients receive a usage license only.

CLIENT MAY NOT:

* claim ownership of images or video

* resell or sublicense content
* use content beyond agreed licensing tier

COMMERCIAL USAGE NOTICE

If content is used for:

* business marketing

* advertising

* product sales

* paid campaigns

A commercial license is required and will be applied based on usage scope.

  • Yes, we offer full commercial usage rights through a structured licensing system. At Divine Designs Creates, all content is licensed rather than sold, and base pricing covers the production time and execution. If your content will be used for business marketing, paid digital advertising, product sales, or brand campaigns, a commercial license is strictly required. We offer Tier C (Commercial License) for standard business marketing and public relations, and Tier D (Exclusive / Advertising Buyout) for enterprise brands requiring full exclusivity.

  • The number of professionally edited images depends on the type of session you book:

    • Standard Sessions: 8 professionally edited images.

    • Agency Digitals: 6 to 8 lightly color-corrected images.

    • Model Test Shoots: 12 to 15 professionally retouched images.

    • Signature Sessions: 15 edited images.

    • Commercial & Editorial Productions: 25+ edited images.

    • Micro-Event Coverage: 50 to 75 edited images per hour.

    • Standard Event & Mitzvah Coverage: 200 to 400 edited images.

  • Our standard delivery time is generally 2 to 4 weeks after the shoot is completed and the final balance is paid in full. Standard Sessions and Agency Digitals typically take 2 to 3 weeks. However, we offer priority editing queues and turnaround for Signature Sessions, Commercial Productions, and Editorial/Catalog Productions. Rapid delivery options are also available for large-scale Gala & Convention productions. Delivery estimates may vary depending on project complexity and the volume of content.

  • Absolutely. During the "Plan" stage of our 4-step process, we provide creative direction guidance, shoot structure planning, and recommendations for locations, styling, and setup. Shot planning assistance and explicit creative direction are included starting at our Signature Session level. For higher-tier projects like Editorial, Commercial, and Elite Productions, we offer advanced art direction, mood board planning, and team coordination.

  • We deliver all final images to our clients via a private online gallery. Because we offer a "Privacy Option" under our Tier C licensing—where clients can pay a fee to ensure their content is kept strictly confidential and not publicly displayed—many of our full client galleries are completely private. However, you can view comprehensive examples of our visual direction in our public Artist, Productline, and Lifestyle collections on our website.

FINAL SUMMARY

By booking a session, the Client acknowledges:

* they have read and understood all policies

* they agree to deposit and payment terms

* they accept licensing structure

* they understand deliverable conditions
