WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
AFTER YOU BOOK OR INQUIRE
1. RESERVATION INITIATION
For Standard Sessions & Agency Digitals: Select your desired date, complete your non-refundable booking deposit, and review/accept our studio terms and Client Production Agreement directly during checkout. Your requested date is not officially secured or calendar-locked until the required Client Production Agreement is fully executed and the non-refundable deposit has been successfully processed.
For Signature, Commercial, Elite, & Event Projects: Submit your creative brief or application. You will receive an automated notification confirming that we have received your request. This notification is a receipt of inquiry, not a booking confirmation.

2. AGREEMENT SIGNING & DEPOSIT (SECURED BOOKING)
To officially finalize and lock any custom, Signature, or Commercial shoot date on our studio calendar, you must complete two steps:
(*) Execute your formal Client Production Agreement (including the Service Agreement, Licensing Addendum, and Model Release), and
(*) Pay your 30% non-refundable booking deposit.
No booking is contractually locked, confirmed, or guaranteed until both the deposit is processed and the agreement is signed by both parties.

(3) PROJECT PLANNING
Once officially booked, we begin the planning phase. We review your concept notes, wardrobing, location logistics, and coordinate visual directions.

(4) PRODUCTION
We conduct your session with structured, professional creative direction.

5. DELIVERY
Your professionally polished final assets are delivered through a private online gallery after the shoot is completed and your remaining balance has been paid in full and cleared, in accordance with the delivery timeline for your selected service.
